GatherGrid processes vendor payments through Stripe. When a shopper pays, the funds first settle into your Stripe balance, then Stripe pays out that balance to your linked bank account on a rolling schedule.
Your first payout takes longer than the rest. For new accounts Stripe holds the initial balance for roughly 7–14 days as a standard fraud-prevention measure, after which payouts move to the normal cadence — typically two business days after a charge settles.
Payouts only run on banking days. A sale on Friday or over a holiday weekend settles and pays out on the next business day, so don’t worry if a weekend sale isn’t in your account by Monday morning.
You can see every payout, its status, and the individual charges it covers in your Stripe dashboard. If a payout is delayed, it’s almost always because a verification detail (bank info, identity, or tax ID) is missing — Stripe will flag exactly what it needs there.
