Register for the events you’re actually attending. Vendors linked to an upcoming event appear in that event’s vendor directory and in searches scoped to it, which is where most attendees browse before they go.
Keep your product listings current and well-described. The same words a shopper types ("beeswax", "gluten-free", "hand-thrown") need to appear somewhere in your titles, descriptions, or tags for the search to connect the two. Vague listings are invisible listings.
