What to expect
We work Monday through Friday, in Eastern Time. We try to respond within one business day for product questions and within five business days for partnership and press inquiries. Privacy and legal requests are handled within the timeframes required by applicable law.
If your message is time-sensitive (for example, a problem with an event you’re registered for that’s happening today), please mention that in the subject line so we can prioritize it.
