CNY Summer Youth Running Program at Marcy

<p>As build up to the <a href="https://runsignup.com/Race/TX/Katy/KatyBacktoSchool5K" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Katy Labor Day 5k</a> , Katy Area Running Club is offering new and returning runners a Katy 5k to Labor Day Running Program. All are welcome, both club and non-club members.</p>
<p>We’ll start slowly and gently work our way towards the 5k over the next 8 weeks. </p>
<p>The group will meet at 5:30am on Tuesday and Thursday, and 7:30am on Saturdays. The meeting place will be outside Good Times Running Company at the Villagio Shopping Center.</p>

It’s great for runners of all ages and experience levels who want to get out and experience an awesome race day atmosphere, strollers are welcome! We will seed runners based on estimated finish time to ensure that runners of all levels have the time they need. Walkers will be placed in the 6:30 wave. There is no minimum time required for the Community Race.</p>

Expect some seriously fast times as the top runners attempt to set the new race record and take home a bonus! An expected finish time/pace of 7:30 and below is required to run in this event. The fastest estimated finish times will be placed in the 7:50 wave.</span></span></p>

Beach yoga is a rejuvenating practice of gentle flow, perfect for everyone, with a tranquil, natural setting overlooking East Bay.
Join us for a relaxing yoga session right on the beach at East Bay Park! Whether you’re a beginner, beyond, prenatal, or postnatal, it’s all about good vibes and stretching out.


Extra mats are available if needed, and bathrooms are on-site. Please reserve your mat by texting 231-715-1123
